These 250 Sq.ft. spacious rooms are of off white interior with contrasting natural cement rendered polished floors embedded with decorative wooden art and silver stars.
The all wooden planked ceiling offer an agreeable ambiance to match the rest of the interior decor in these rooms. The king size spring latex foam mattress and mosquito net in the four poster bed ensures a comfortable night’s slumber. A Colonial style coffee table and chairs, baggage rack , dressing table and wardrobe are also furnished in these rooms

Payment:

To confirm your reservation at RV, a deposit of 25% of the total cost is required as upfront deposit and that the balance has to be paid prior to the check in.

Payment can be made online through Credit card.

We will send you the details and the amount to be paid upon confirmation of your reservation. please provide us your credit card details by e-mail.

Payment can be made also through the Bank to Bank.

We will send you our Bank details and the amount to be paid upon confirmation of your reservation

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations should be cancelled in writing !
The initial deposit is non-refundable in any case !

• Check in time is 2:00 p.m. check out time is 12:00 a.m.

• Rates quoted are per room per night with breakfast

• The prices are subject to 10% service charge & 12% government taxes.

• Sri Lanka rupees ,all other major currencies and credit cards (Visa, Master) are only accepted.

• Maximum occupancy two adults only for one double room.

• You and all your belongings are completely secure at RV.

• There is also a safe located in the villa that you can hand over any valuables
• RV accepts no responsibility for any loss/damage or their property during their stay at the RV.
